In the past I had taken several pieces to QT for repair. Today I went back to do the same. I was informed that they would not repair my gold bracelet and ring because they didn't have diamonds. The owner? was rude and dismissive. I asked her why they did repairs on pieces I had brought to them in the past, but refused now. All she said is that they will not do repairs on items without diamonds. I guess less than diamonds is not worth their notice or need. If you can afford diamond jewelry, by all means, give them your business. If you cannot make it to the diamond level, go elsewhere because Q&T doesn't think your business is worthy.

The business owners are so kind and helpful! The business associates are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a great experience there and I recommend Q and T to anyone looking for a special jewerly piece. They have merchandise from a simple "thank you gift" to a wonderful wedding ring selection. They can always order for you and make your jewelry custom! They have a repeat customer!
