I've been seeing Dr. Carpenter for a number of years now (I think that number is "4" but I could be off) -- and he's been nothing but pleasant, helpful, informative, and efficient. No complaints whatsoever.

Check out his fees closely before any treatments. From routine cleaning to crowns, EX:a procedure fee that most dentists in our area charge $850 - he charges $1,400!! He also pushes a lot of 'extras' that aren't really necessary.

Dr. Carpenter goes beyond the basic dental treatment, his concern for over all health in relation to your dental health is more than I expected. In the new patient interview he took the time to find out about me and my desires for dental treatment. That's rare in the medical & dental field. His staff is very caring and helpful when calling or visiting the office.

He may be ok for basic services but if you have any work done beyond that, you might want to line up a specialist to fix the problems. And, that is personal experience speaking. He talks a good game but that's all it is, talk.

I was forced to see a specialist is dental prosthetics as a result of this person's professional misjudgment, although he refused to accept any responsibility. A claim with the Texas Dental Board has been filed.
