In the 2 years that I shopped at this Goodwill store, I spent over $7,000 a year at this store as a reseller as my summer gig. The staff seemed really nice/personable for the most part until recently I was trespassed for bringing in the wrong receipt on a broken electronics device. I thought this was really bizarre since I know all the staff on a first name basis and they never asked me about it: just trespassed me. Anyways when I talked to the loss prevention guy to get this mix up straightened out, he told me that they have me on tape being an aggressive customer. Loyal customers beware, this "non for profit' Goodwill organization is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing. I will never enter a Goodwill store again!

Definitely the best Goodwill in Northern Illinois. Store is always clean, lots of great merchandise and a friendly staff and management.

Always the cleanest, has the best people and great stuff!
