Terrible experience. The 2 employees that were there while handing out copies of MK 11 were rude and complete assholes. I had asked to purchase a HARD COPY OF MK 11 PREMIUM EDITION to get the hard copy. Dude at the register gave me a digital AND A STICKER WITH A GROUP NUMBER TO WAIT IN LINE FOR A HARD COPY. When I confronted them about this issue they blew me off. Never come to this location unless you wanna pay for their employees mistakes. Terrible location

If you ever meet an employee with a ponytail, walk out. It's not worth your time or money to get harassed by this guy.

He is critical, unkind, and doesn't what he's talking about.

Great location. Large stock of new and used games and I haven't encountered a unfriendly employee yet.
