I hired Tim Cusack as my divorce lawyer two months before the case was set to go to court paid $2000 in cash the day i hired him tried the entire two months to met with him or talk to him on phone he never once returned any of my calls i tried to set up appointment prior to court date his office claimed he was unavailable to busy finally its Sunday night the divorce case is the next day Monday at 9;00 am still no word from the lawyer i paid TO REPRESENT ME then at 9:30pm that night he calls me to go over my case I could not believe it and by the way the $2000 was non-refundable he was rude and didn't give a damn, totally unprofessional and did not even get the things i had told him right he gave away my truck instead of getting the truck i was suppose to get he got me absolutely nothing he was the worse lawyer i had ever dealt with, he was rude to me he had a didn't give a darn attitude when he realized my husband was worth more financially then i was and there wouldn't be much for him to gain. He was so bad that i fired him and he had the nerve at the next court date to get up and say he was taking himself off my case which i replied to the Judge i had already fired him weeks earlier and there was noway he was going to represent me any further that he did everything against what i had told him he was obviously not looking out for my best interest. then i heard through the grapevine that it was his turn to lose it was all preset up with out my knowledge My ex owned an electric company that did all the electrical work for the new courts and the remoulds of the old courts his company had did work on every courthouse in this town so I was a bartender and i didn't stand a chance. If your looking for a lawyer to put in the time so you get what u deserve this is not the guy he is worthless, Rude, uncaring and unacceptable if u want to be treated like trash go for it i have heard several women complain that he is not on the w omens side i have no respect for him or his company not professionals more like small town small mind. Total waste of money do not recommend him even the worst of friends
