I rented a car here for a week long business trip. After noticing that the return time was 9am on the day of return (they failed to mention this), I knew I could not return it on time the day of so I called to ask how much extra an after hours drop off would be. They told me $21 for an extra day. What they failed to mention was that I would be charged 2 DAYS because of labor day. Also, what he FAILED to mention was that it was not $21 a day because apparently there were EXTRA fees because I had a vehicle upgrade. Needless to say, I am stuck with an extra $80 on my bill. Will never use them again.

As a long term employee of a major insurance company, I strongly recommend Hertz for your rental car needs. I recently had a tragedy, my grandmother passed away. I needed a rental car asap. I walked into this Hertz location, without a reservation and walked out with keys to one of their rentals within 5 minutes. Hassle free, extremely courteous and very professional. I will definitely recommend them to my clients who frequently need rentals related to auto accidents. Best service in town! Thanks guys!!!
