We called them when our son went off his driveway in Belle Vernon since they were only a couple miles away. We asked twice for a quote but they said they couldn't give a price until they saw what they had to do. We offered to send them pictures and explained only 2 of the 4 wheels were off the driveway, but they declined. We told them to call us for our credit card when done. Instead they pulled him back up and blocked him and gave him a bill for $718 debit or cash. They were there 1/2 hr at most, and even though it was on a Sunday, this price is ridiculous. When I called to discuss the receptionist reluctantly took my name and said the owner preferred to speak only with the customer (we were the ones that called in the first place). She then later called my son and told him he shouldn't have been out in those conditions and remarked about him having his parent's call for him. Very unprofessional! These people are crooks!

This company towed our tractor trailer on 2 different occasions as order by police, In February the police called to have our truck & trailer removed from the interstate where it was disabled , they towed it back to their lot and charged us $6000.00 before they would release our driver. On 6/2 the police called them due to one of our trucks being on the interstate with a load that had shifted and needed to be secured again, they responded and charged $8000.00 to tow our truck and trailer less than 13 miles. Then they charged an additional $6000.00 to re secure our load. They charged way too much and charge for equipment they do not even use. When questioned about charges their response is it is what it is. They are crooks. 1 star is too good for this company.

I contacted this company to inquire about having them tow my car to a garage that was recommended to me for auto repairs. They asked why I had chosen to take my car to said garage and then offered to give me a quote for the repairs I needed. I agreed and within a few minutes someone was there to take my car. I was told that I would be contacted the next day (Friday) but never was. I called around 4:30 that afternoon and was told to call back tomorrow (Saturday). I did and was told to call back Monday. Finally fed up that my car was in this establishment's possession for three days without a quote I decided to pick it up and take my business elsewhere. Upon arrival around 10:30a.m. Monday I was informed that I was being billed for 1.3 hours labor for which payment was required before I could take my car. I explained that I was never informed of being charged for a quote, and that if I were I would have declined and asked them to tow my vehicle to the intended garage, which did not charge for quotes. Was then told that I would have to speak to the owner for who I waited two hours He then proceeded to tell me that he did not care about my concern and that if I didn’t pay I could not take my car. After voicing my concern over this company’s unprofessional and unethical business practices I was insulted by the receptionist. DO NOT EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES UNLESS YOU CAN BE WITHOUT YOUR CAR FOR A MONTH AND HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO BLOW ON HIDDEN FEES. THEY HAVE THREE LOCATIONS, BELLE VERNON, YUKON, AND CENTURY THREE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES.
