The front office staff was rude and act like you are bothering them. I asked to be called on my cell phone they assured me that is the number they would call only to get a message on my home phone. I am still waiting for test results, one secretary tells you the Dr didnt get to read yet, call back the next day for another to tell you the results are not even there yet.... 4 days later I still have yet to know what they are....

This office has very poor customer service. They are very difficult to get an appointment when you need one, and have limited hours on Wednesdays. They do not call back in a timely manner, if you can even get through to leave a message. Usually you need to call back to check on the status. They do not take the time to fill out insurance forms correctly, usually they just copy the last one they used which has incorrect codes and delays the request because they have to be resubmitted. They will not work with you on insurance issues and the staff is very unprofessional, nasty even. I was hung up on by the billing department when I was trying to resolve an insurance issue, that was not our fault. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
