Not professional at all. No type of customers service. First time going there didn't get my hair done, cause on one styles was there 4 clients waiting. .

My braids started coming down after a week. They didn't come out around the edges they came out in the middle. After four weeks of having the braids come out by the handful I went to show them my hair and she said she would call me to come and get a touch up for 50%. Needless to say she never called. I would not recommend her to anyone.
