He then completed his neurosurgical fellowship at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.Dr. Chang has been in practice for over twenty years joined Midwest Spine and Brain institute in 2015, where he continues to provide exceptional neurosurgical care.Dr. Chang treats a range of conditions that affect the brain and spine. He routinely sees patients who are living with conditions such as spinal stenosis, herniated discs, spine tumors, and adult spine deformity.
