Outstanding Service

All-Time Moving provided outstanding service during my move and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I was hesitant at first after reading comments online, but decided to hire them to do the job anyway because of their low prices. I am so happy that I did. I received excellent customer service on top of the low price. It’s a shame that sometimes competitors will try to sabotage another business to gain customers. It’s also a shame that some people expect jobs to be done for free even after being given the lowest price for a move. All-Time Moving was wonderful and I recommend that others do not believe what some malicious individuals have posted about this company.

All-Time Moving made my move the most stressfree thing that I have done in years. John the owner made it seem very relaxed to me he asked me how may rooms were in the house, and then we went room by room what furniture was in each room. I found John to be very professional and helpful. The movers were to be there at 1:00 but at 1:15 I got a phone call from Tony (one of the movers) telling me that they were running a l;ittle behind and would be there in about 1/2 hour. sure enough they were. I just figured that the job before mine must have had extra things or just ran over a little bit. Things happen no problem. The two movers that came were very professional in the way that they carried my things out of my house and how they handled themselves. I had moved things to 2 different places and it didn't seem to bother them at all.. Would use this company again.
Like the reminder call day before move and the next day after move got a call to see how the move went. To me that shows that John the owner cares about his business and his clients. Knows how to make them happy. Way to go John keep up the good work

I recently hired All Time Moving to relocate myself to a new location....Royal Oak, MI. I was extremely satisfied with their excellent professionalism, customer-focused behavior, and the professional way that they handled my possessions. They work extremely efficient and prompt. In the near future if I had to hire a moving service, I definitely would hire All Time Moving. EXCELLENT JOB GENTLEMEN!!!!!

The movers for this company are the best in michigan nobody can compete with them they are fast safe and honest other companies are not guarantee they will save you money compared to any others out there

I called to book them for September 10. When they called to remind me of the move on September 9 for the next day I had to cancel because unfortunately the town home I was moving to, the owner took my $2,600 and has been M.I.A. and went as far as to change the locks (I am taking him to court now to get my money back since I never moved in, his request). And as traumatic as that already is John from All-Time moving called me MULTIPLE times as well as from blocked numbers leaving harassing voicemails and harassing me. And I was seriously thinking of using them for when I actually do find a place to move or move somewhere where they won't take my money! But after the harassing phone calls and constant ignorance coming from this as well as all of the other similar reviews for them I will not be using them in the future and advise no one else to either!

I told him Ihow will I know you will complete the job or run off with my money ? He had a tantrum and left and speed away in truck .They never came back and no answer.Do not call All time Movers.Now I had to call around for another mover and I have only 24 hours to move .So sad and disappointed.I am contacting the BBB and Sooo should everyone she hires them who was mistreated

This was not a pleasant experience for me...first off I was promised 3 movers and only 2 showed up. They broke a light in the condo I moved out of and now I will be responsible with my security deposit...also I had a brand new radio that I included in my inventory that "disappeared" and the owner has offered now solution to rectify the situation. I DO NOT recommend this company.

All-Time Moving has provided me with two stress-free, problem-free, economical, professional moves. I first used All-Time Moving in 2009, to move from a house to a storage facility. Because of the excellent service and price, I called John, the owner, when I moved back to the area and needed movers again (2013). On both occasions, I found John to be helpful, friendly, honest, even accommodating when we had to change the move date due to a family crisis. His crew - both times - were friendly, professional, fast, careful, and efficient. I have recommended All-Time Moving to people since 2009, and my husband and I will continue to do so going forward. Hats off to Tony, Rob, and Ken - a great crew!

I hired this company to move me. The owner was very professional and answered all of my questions and was very helpful with all questions. The two guys that came to move me were very polite and careful of my belonings. They put the things in my new place exactly where I told them to put them (not just walk in and leave them at their feet.) Would recommend this company to anybody that asked me if I know of a moving company.

I spoke to John Pynn, the owner at All Time Moving and he was by far, the most disrespectful "business man" that I have ever met in my life. My wife called John with concern about a pricing issue and he became irate with my wife and would not even let her speak. He was yelling, cutting her off and then hung up his phone on her! A few minutes later he called us back, not to resolve the issue or to apologize for his lack of professionalism, but he called back to blow off some more steam. So my wife hands me the phone and he tries to belittle me and he hung up on me also. We were both shocked and amazed by his lack of respect. And he isn't a disgruntled employee, he is the owner! I called him back and once again he would not let me nor my wife speak and his attitude was disgusting. I asked him for his licensing number and he refused, and hung up on me again. And just like earlier, he calls my wife back in an attempt to voice his anger and frustration. My wife asked once again for his licensing number and again, he refused and hung up on her. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT get cheated out of your money. Do not put up with his lack of customer appreciation. Do not put up with ALL TIME MOVING! Also, keep this in mind; he was very nice to us when he was trying to get our business. After he got it, he didn't care what happened. By the way, I recorded the conversion so I have ACTUAL PROOF of everything that I am saying!

The guys who moves my furniture were professional polite and very carefull of my furniture, i mean i have the most heaviest bedroom in the world. and they did a great job moving it. i recomend them to everyone who wants to move.

I hired this company to move my mother from a senior facility in Roseville Mi. At first John seemed nice over the phone. So i booked his company to do the job. The day of the move I called several times to see where my movers were at considering the start time was 9am and it was already 9:45. Finally at 10am John answered and said their truck had broken down. He said he would call me back. After 3 hours later I called at least 8 times to see if they were still comming. No answer from John and nobody called me back.

I had to call another mover this company left me high and dry. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS COMPANY A 1 STAR BUT THE RATING DOSENT GO ANY LOWER

I hired All Time Moving to do a simple move from Roseville, MI to St Clair Shores.

I have a 1 bedroom apartment, I even thought of renting a truck and doing it myself.

John told me his guys would be there at 9am. I called at 9:30am when nobody showed up. John said they were running late they would be there by 10am. Back and fourth all day on the phone they didn't show up untill 1pm. I had a doctors appointment at 2pm that i had to miss. When they did show up one of his guys smelled strongly of booze. My lease was up that day and I had to be out of my apartment that day. Against my better judgement they began moving.

When everything was over I had a deep scratch on my dining room table and several broken items in some of the boxes they moved. I really dont see how this guy can stay in business. I will be taking them to court
