The experience at incredible pets is always a good one, the selection of food and toys for our pets is huge, the staff is Alway polite and very helpful, I Weil return frequently.

I've bought pet food before but they just don't have the selection that the larger pet stores have. The staff is really friendly but it just doesn't make up for the lack of variety.

Had to find two female rats on Christmas Eve. They were the only place that sold them. They gave me a wonderful price as well.

I enjoy shopping here for my cat. They have a great selection of grain free food. The customer service is great.

We love to shop at smaller business! But don't let the size full you...Incredible Pets has everything to keep our 2 dogs, cat and snake all well taken care of. They offer a rewards program that gives us our 11th bag of dog food for free. It is conveniently located next to Trader Joe's so we can shop for human and pet food all in one outing! :)

Incredible pets has a great selection of unique pet products. They also give pet food samples and have a self service dog wash!

They have the best food, toys, and treats for my pups. I especially like the Fromm food they have that I believe is exclusive to their store. Great staff, as well.

I love this pet store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have a reward program for frequent shoppers. They carry a good variety of dog food and dog treats.

The finches had stopped coming to our outdoor feeder, so I talked to a staff member at Incredible Pets and aked for suggestions to help lure them back. She was able to suggest several things to try, and fortunately one of them did. We now have finches, sparrows, Doves, a few Jays, and some others that baffle me.

This store is pretty limited in their selection, but it is fun to pet the small animals. The people in there are friendly, but you can't go there and KNOW that they'll have what you need. They seem to have a lot of fresh / frozen food there, but I've never bought any.

Great selection of high quality dog food, knowledgeable staff, frequent purchaser card. Nice locally-owned store!
