New working with Essential Retail Services, but they really know their stuff. I can call in and talk to people who understand what I'm dealing with on the jobsite.

A month ago I was called for a job out in the desert area. Reluctantly I took it as I was already swamped with calls. Glad I did. Essential Retail Services walked me through every process with industry knowledge and understanding so the job went quickly, completed it, and my invoice was paid within the 30 day turnaround as promised. I now do many stores for them, keeping me very busy and my pockets fat.

As a Regional Manager over a national chain, I am responsible for the overall operations of my stores. Essential Retail takes care of 99% of my worries with their PM Programs, weekly reporting, constant communication, live status updates, and providing professional technicians capable of completing the given tasks and then some. I would strongly recommend Essential Retail Services to anyone in my position as they know what they're doing.

If you are a vendor who has been contacted by this company to provide services in your local area, I would decline!! They DO NOT pay in a timely fashion, and when you get disrespectful responses from their office staff, it lets you know how much they "value" their vendor relationships...not at all!! Thankful for organizations like the California Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau...at least someone has a bit of recourse to get paid.
