I'm sorry to say I did not find this office friendly at all. Went in for allergy testing of my 4 year old. The 'nurse' was so unfriendly and did a horrible job at explaining the allergy testing. She just said to turn on his tummy, and started poking him with 50 different pin pricks. 50 screams later, she was done and gone. Just horrible. And Dr. Chipps is about the most unfriendly, no...his IS the most unfriendly doctor I have met. Cannot recommend to anyone. We found someone else who is awesome in Roseville for allergies.

There IS no one better than Dr. Miller for allergies, or any pulmonary problem. My son has seen him for many years. To say Dr. Miller is an incredible doctor, is not saying enough. He is kind, and genuinely cares about each patient. Staff is a bonus, because they are just as wonderful. Cannot recommend enough

Had a great appointment with the physician assistant for my son. Very nice office. Staff who take phone calls need a bit more training on customer service. Although I didn't get to meet Dr Travis during our visit, his patients all seem to love him. Highly recommended in the area.
