We have never had a negative experience here! Employees are helpful and friendly. They have a nice selection of animals and items for your stuffed animal. I like their buy a $10 gift card for $5 offer when you spend $25 or more.

We have so much fun here! Should buy stock! Thanks to great staff for a successful bday party and for a Girl Scout outing. Tons of fun!

I just had my daughter's third birthday party here. All of the kids seemed to have a lot of fun and I think they were all pretty happy going home with a bear. The downfall is there is no private room for cake and presents, so we found an area in the mall.

I recently had a birthday party for my 6 year old daughter. It was an easy set up online to do. When I got there on a busy Saturday we were greeted with a staff member who stayed with us the entire time. She lead the party and was very animated which the girls loved. So glad I booked a party because the story was busy and we had priority shopping and stuffing the bears. My daughter had a great time. I would do it again and recommend this store.

My daughter always has fun coming here. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and fun. And they always have new characters coming out. I love how much you can personalize each new friend.

It's always a fun experience to come to build a bear with the kids. It can be a bit pricey so it's not something you do everyday. When it gets busy they need more than two fluff machines. Kids are always happy when we leave

We love Build a bear. We gave 37 biuld a bears. We were so Excited when they reopened August 2 2013 the same day our baby was born. Samad went on the 3 to make two bears one for him and one for his baby brother. When you govto build a bear you are treated like a royal customer. The store is always clean and exciting. Love the staff. I encourage every child should make one bear it is a great memory.

The staff is always great with my girls. The store is set up in a nice flow that's easy to navigate even when it's busy. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

Build-A-Bear is a MUST DO for your little ones - and bigger ones too! The set up of the store and the process to put your chosen character/animal together is precious. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and helpful as they walked my granddaughter through the steps from start to finish.
