Giving them a single star is still one star too many. This has been the worst home health company that I have ever been apart of. They are very unorganized from top to bottom. I question their ethics and wonder if they even run a legitimate company. For one thing, anytime you call and ask to speak to their PT coordinator, Diane, or Abu, who is the Director of Nursing, the receptionist will cover the phone with her hand and ask those two if they will take a call from so and so. Of course they'll make up a lame excuse and said that they were either out of the office or in a meeting. Total BS. And forget about any call backs after leaving numerous messages. I'm still missing paychecks which I have inquired about many times. I will never work for them again and I strongly advise anyone else to stay clear of them. My next step will be to report them to the BBB for my missing checks.
