Big thanks to Tony, came right on time agreed upon and took care the problem in less than 15min. Took the time to explain what caused the problem and what we could do to prevent it from happening again. Super nice guy and respectful. We are Chinese and he asked if the shoes need to be off as soon as he walked in the door. Will do business again if need be but I hope I won't have to!
