If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Bought a mattress and desk here. The price was cheap and they promised to deliver for Free if I assembled the desk myself. No problem.



When I got the delivery and started to assemble the desk, it became apparent that some of the pieces were missing or were the wrong pieces. My wife returned it to the store, but she couldn't convince the guy that the fault was the manufacturer (he assumed I just couldn't assemble the desk). So, he agreed to send a new one, fully assembled, but this time he would charge for delivery. BS, if you ask me.



The new one arrived and unfortunately I didn't check it before the delivery guy left -- there was a large chunk (about the size of a quarter) missing from the veneer right on top of the desk. Plus, someone had tried to glue it back together, but the piece they glued wasn't the same size so they just used a marker to cover up the particle board underneath. Ridiculous.



For nearly the past month, I have tried to get a new one delivered and have the damaged one picked up. I even agreed to once again accept an unassembled one. The owner has scheduled a delivery about five times, and every time no body shows, I call the guy, he apologizes or makes an excuse and schedules another delivery time. Total crappy business. My issue remains unresolved.

Terrible customer service. Item quality is mediocre but somewhat acceptable. Promiesed to do a morning delivery but never showed. Called them and they decided to re-schedule late in the afternoon without saying anything to me. He even said that he was very busy and FORGOT to call. Then later in the afternoon, way after the time frame that he mentioned, nobody ever showed. Went back to the store to get a refund and the salesman gave the F*** you word way before the customer. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Very rude and does not follow on promises!!!

Bad services, unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsibility and discriminate customer who's buying less.
