This morning your waiter Victor discriminated against a group of 8 hispanic customers that were denied the right to pay with separated checks. One customer out of the group asked if, "They were white customers, you would give them separate checks? Victor replied, "Even if the President of the United States came in, he wouldn't get separate checks." The waiter, Victor was very rude and condescending.



The group decided to pay for their drinks and canceled their food order and went to the Denny's near by. It turns out that, that Denny's is owned by the same person and the group was allowed to pay with separate checks. I also verified with customer service at (800) 733-6697, which stated that denying customers the right to pay with separate checks is not a common practice. You have further legal action...
