Dejana Truck and Utility Equipment has owed my company $22,000 plus penalties, interest and legal costs after securing a construction lien on their property in Chalfont, PA. This was for architectural and engineering work that was executed and delivered for their property between September and December 2016, so it is over 6 months past due. We have had to resort to legal action, including lawsuit and construction liens, after they utilized our engineering and architectural plans to complete construction work on their facility in PA. They are a little higher on prices but I would rather deal with a person to help me that a computer. The parts person sold me everything i needed for my truck for the plow i bought off craigslist and i never had to go back for one part. He was great.
