My wife got a transmittion for her nissan pathfinder from the roseburg dimondlake site back in the summer of 2010. It faild in november of 2012, six month after the warrenty. She took it back in to find out the problem. Long story short, no help for the transmittion, but my soon to be ex-wife didn't come away disappointed, seems the customerservice is better than the transmittion service. This may help or hurt business depending on the gender of the reader.

A-1 Transmission Center in Roseburg, took 6 weeks & 3 trips into them to 'rebuild' the transmission in my 1999 Ford F250. I bought the truck on a Saturday & pulled my RV to Klamath Falls on Tuesday, not knowing that the overdrive would not disengage. We made it back to Roseburg & had it towed to A-1 on August 3rd with no forward gears & got it back on August 12th. They told me they couldn't fix the O.D. problem, so I had the part repaired August 12th @ another shop, but A-1 said that the rest was repaired. Managed to get it back to A-1 on August 16th because every time I put it in gear, the engine would die. They kept it for another 11 days. It was back to A-1 September 8th because of a fluid leak from the transmission.I was charged $2350.00 for the rebuild, $1900.00 of that was due to parts (a rebuild kit) & $450.00 for labor. I don't believe a 'kit' was oredered at all. I feel they were just throwing in a part at a time, hoping the trouble would get resolved. I got a lot of excuses,
