Executive Car Rental has a long way to go. I've rented from them twice and had to call to secure my deposit some 2 weeks later. Both times I've rented it has been late at night and I've had to wait for the shuttle bus as I see other car rental companies pass by by multiple times. The first time I rented the car it was so dirty; the lady who was fusing and complaining because she was working the counter and cleaning the cars, said it happens because Mack Trucks drive pass on the street (well why part them there!) I had to get the car rewashed and guess who drove it service area in the the back to get it washed - yes your's truly. The staff for the most part was friendly, but they get SO bagged up because they pick up so sparingly. Everyone gets off the bus and get in the line at the same time, then they have an influx of customers...but you can't beat the price, this is why everyone just sucks it up.
