I've had bad customer service in the past so I always expect the worse but when I walked in to metro pcs in Romeoville I was pleasantly surprised! The store was nicely decorated for Halloween my children really liked all the decorations and Alondra the associate that helped me out was a great help she helped me pick out a phone that suited my mother in law. She set it up so that it was easier for her to see since she is elderly and was very friendly and helpful.
