Mike Vaccaro of Residential Engineering Services did a house inspection for me. I am a single mom, which not alot of knowledge regarding electrical, plumbing, hvac, etc. He found many things that needed to be corrected by the owner before I purchased it. Many of them were safety issues that I was unaware of. He not only saved me alot of money because the owner is correcting the issues, but it will be much safer for my family. I would highly recommend Residential Engineering Services!!
