They do not even deserve one star.
One of my doctors sent me to Nunn's for medical equipment. I have been a client for about a year and a half and am very disappointed in their service.
From the start they have had poor service and extremely poor customer service.They were supposed to bring my equipment to my home, and set it up. However they had me go in to pick up the equipment.
When I needed supplies they made me come in to pick it up, the best they could do was once they mailed me the supplies but I had to pay for shipping.
I needed help as a part was broken and I called to buy a replacement part. I was told it was not available as the manufacturer did not sell that piece and I would be required to buy a whole new item. They said because my insurance would not cover a new item I would have to purchase a whole new item from them. I later did a quick search online and found the part they said was not available is readily available for less than $20.00.
They do not go out of their way, at all, to help clients. Being disabled this has made my treatment and my life more difficult than it could have been had Nunn's done what they claim to do.
They do not care about their clients. If you have any other option for medical equipment, use that option. I am now going to take my business to a different company.

I recently had a sleep study done and was prescribed a machine. I had allot of trouble between the sleep clinic insurance company and my doctors office. Giving me conflicting information, sending my paperwork to the wrong place etcetera. Rihanna at Nunn's took control of my case and worked with her rep's to find my paperwork and get it straightened out. She called me every step of the way and guided me to successfully getting my insurance, doctor and the sleep clinic on the same page and resolving my issues. I cannot thank her and Nunn's enough.

I have been into Nunn's several times in the past few months for various medical supplies and services and have been extremely pleased with each experience. The staff was very friendly and imformative. I highly recommend Nunn's to all my friends and family and I look forward to their great service.

I was recently set up with equipment from Nunn's and I had a wonderful experience. Excellent staff, from the receptionist to the therapists and delivery men. It felt like I was the most important person in the building. Quality service from quality people!
