So Disappointed

We gave our new Steak N Shake 3 tries because we are such big fans of the restaurant only to be sorely dissappointed. The fries were so cold and did not even taste the steak n shake fries that we get in Atlanta restaurants. We asked the hosted on our last visit how long the wait was and she said" there was no way she could know that" we laughed and said tomorrow maybe and she said "I just dont know and thats the truth" The first couple times we chalked it up to new opening but it is not getting any better. And there is a big tall greasy headed man hanging around everywhere, behind the counters it is really creepy. Wont be going back anytime soon.

I was excited about Rome's new Steak N Shake and waited the ridiculous wait only to be disappointed. If you have ever tried the Steak N Shake on Cobb Parkway then you know how sorry our Rome Steak N shake quality is.
