If I could give NO STARS, I would. Website fare = $40 one-way, but we were charged 25% more without advance warning. Then, the driver added more than 100 minutes to our ride--he bypassed our town, went to two other towns, then returned to our town. When we spoke with the owner about both matters of concern, he said, "I must have forgotten to tell you I raised the fare", "I want my money", and "That was a mistake on the website [fare]". Regarding the driver's actions, the owner said, "He lives in your town. He always does that". There was absolutely no attempt to make amends for these two serious matters. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY, USE ANOTHER SHUTTLE SERVICE!

This service is convenient and the price is fair. However, I can't believe the owner is able to operate a business while speaking so condescendingly to customers. We've used this company several times, but after this most recent interaction we are done. This man (owner) needs to read a book on proper etiquette or perhaps be reminded of "The Gold Rule." Disappointing.
