Not smart to go to this company..ALL OF THERE CARS ARE MESSED UP OR LEMONS !! AND NOT ONLY THAT A REPOSSESSION FROM THIS COMAPNY IS ON MY CREDIT AND THEY NEVER REPOED NOT ONE CAR BUT,MY LICENSE GOT SUSPENDED AND I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR AND THEY TRUED TO ENCOURAGE ME TO KEEP IT AND I TOLD THEM NO BECAUSE I COULD GO TO JAIL AGAIN FOR DRIVING ON A SISPENDED LICENSE AND NOW LOOK WHAT I GET ON MY CREDIT A REPOSESSION.. JUST REMEBER COMPANIES ARE OUT TO MAKE A SALE AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN A CAR, there's always gonna be a catch to it especially if you can trade just about anything to get the car !! JS .. take it to a real MECHANIC OR THE ACTUAL CAR DEALERSHIP TO GET IT CHECKED BECAUSE MY FIRST CAR FROM THERE THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE ENGINE 2 times I wrecked it it was paid off but you don't see nothing positive on my credit the second car the alternator went out after me having it for only a couple of days a dot cost me my job at Mohawk..SO THINK BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!RIP OFF

I bought a car from them and it has been in the shop about 4/5 times but still isn't fixed. Transmission problems & most likely broken motor mounts from the jerking caused by the transmission problems. I bought it the last day of October 2014. It started tearing up within 30 days. The manager told me I could get another car but wanted me to pay $800 down or pay the amount of the "tax lump sum" before he would do the trade. I have lost too much money on this car with rentals and lost wages from missed work.

3 more people told me their car broke down within 30 days of purchase.

This place fixes everything I guess but you have to take it to a mechanic to see what's wrong with it before they will send it to their mechanic to fix it. It cost $50 deductible plus mechanic fees to tell you what's wrong with it. If it breaks down on the side of the road, are you supposed to tow it to your mechanic, then tow it to Carmart? Just run away from this place! Save yourself a headache and lost funds.

I didn't buy from them but I shopped there and they have really high prices and payments. Friendly service just high prices

I went to car mart of rome looking for a good used car with a service contract to help with my car in case anything happend .they told me they had one and if i needed anything just let them know. The general manager is really nice. I would trust this car dealer out of any of them in rome ga

Most honest used car dealership I have ever had the opportunity to possibly by a car from. The staff there is so friendly and down to earth, it's hard to not get along with them. Even though I was just browsing, they were still very attentive and didn't seem bothered by the fact that at this time I was not looking to buy, but instead looking at my options. They still made it feel as though I was important to them, not just someone wasting their time. Even though I'm not a customer, I don't see why I wouldn't be in the near future and why anyone would pass these people up. They are really one of a kind!
