Hands down an amazing group of people. When the American red cross told me I'd have to pay up to $160.00 for ONE Phlebotomy treatment (same as donating) & that my blood was "tainted" because I have Polycythemia Vera (a disorder of the bone marrow) I was lost considering I might have to have this treatment up to twice a week for the rest of my life! Then I met an angel named Gloria Dover (Chattanooga office) & she helped me get the authorization from my doctor & got me set up for my first treatment the very NEXT DAY. They now have done all my treatments no matter how often they are needed & ALL FOR FREE! These people are nothing short of ANGELS! Thank you BLOOD ASSURANCE & UT Knoxville (GO VOLS!!) I am forever grateful for all your kindness.
