I had them come in and clean my carpet when I moved out of my apartment and the carpet looked GREAT! ( I knew that there was a chance that all of the stains wouldn't come up). With that and the rest of the cleaning I did, I was able to get most of my deposit back.

I will definately recomend and use them again!

For steam clean your carpet,this is not the company to use. I don't wear shoes inside my house, but I like to keep my house clean. I steam clean the carpet at least every 6 month even it's not dirty. this was first time to use this Co. because the Co. I usually use was busy when I wanted. T_T Stanley steemer don't use "steam" which I didn't see any steam come out (also the guy spray my bare foot with cold water, and the steam was supposed to be over 100 degree) Next day, I can still smell the chemical(they call it pre-spray) which gives me headache. And my vacume can still pick up the dust, hair etc alot!! (not carpet fiber) when I vacume 12 hours later. 24 hours later the carpet was still wet!!! That day was over 90 degree outside, so I open all windows all day and use two fans to help it dry fast.

they don't give me the money back either. I get what I paid for?? Is my carpet was damaged? Is the chemical safe to breath?

I never use this company again.
