In an emergency repair a cabinet broke that could not be repaired. I contacted Jonathan in a plea to repair the cabinet. I was in luck and he was between jobs as he travels all accross the country, and wanted to spend time at home. Here was a perfect opportunity to pick up a little work and be at home the same time. He asked questions, listened, learned our likes and dislikes, and made us a new kitchen on paper. We obtained a new set off appliances, as he refused to start the construction until we had true factory specs of all equipment. Although he got involved in the middle of the tear out due to a sewer line problem, he took the bull by the horns and made everyone listen to him, and coordinated the final wall repairs etc, For half the price of my two neighbors, we ended up with a true craftsman kitchen we are proud to show off.
