In response to Sandra's review of the mattress. My guess is that Sam's Furniture recovered a used mattress and sold it as new. Apparently it's a common practice and we've been victim to that before. I would recommend writing to the manufacturer yourself. Make sure you have all of the paperwork, information from the sale and from the mattress when you write them. Good for you for contacting the attorney general. I hope you get your money back and/or some type of relief from the scam this store is pulling on you and most assuredly other customers.

I am putting this on here because I am dis-satisfied with the purchase I made from Sam's Furniture and I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. I purchased a sleepdesigns/eastman house 360m215 queen mattress and foundation 090bl35 on 10/18/14 and picked it up from Sam's Furniture on 11/1/14. On 12/29/14 I contacted Sams Furniture (the store) to let them know that the mattress was sagging in the center and was turning into a pondlike condition. I was informed that I would need to take pictures with a straight edge and ruler to show how much it was sagging. I did so and emailed them to Sams Furniture, I was informed that it might be normal body impressions, and that sagging of 2 inches was considered normal, and that they didn't warranty comfort. I was then given the run around for a week while they said they were contacting the manufacturer. Then they said they needed more pictures so I took them and emailed them to Sam's. Then the person I had been speaking to (Rachel Collins) was out sick, and had days off before she could get back to me. She finally contacted me on 1/9/15 and said they couldn't help but that she would contact the manufacturer again and would call me 1/13/15. She called me to inform me that the manufacturer said that it was normal body impressions, once more and that nothing was out of line, and it was normal wear, this is after only 8 weeks of use.She then said that I could call the main office in Springdale, Ar., so I did. I spoke to (Denise) the owners daughter. She agreed to call the manufacturer, and she then called me back and said that they had made their determination and nothing would be done, and said that unfortunately they just don't make mattress's like they use to.

I am not trying to get my money back but get credit toward a mattress of better quality. This one was advertised as being recommended by Chriopractic Doctors, and when I laid on it in the store it felt firm enough as to be good for my back. Please help me to resolve this problem. I can't believe that I am going to be stuck with a mattress I can't sleep on after owning it for just 8 weeks. I was informed at the store that they stand behind their furniture and that I had a 10 year warranty, I am surprised that after less than 10 weeks I have a mattress that is nothing more than a hammock
