Be sure to read the fine print! When you sign up with Rove Pest Control, they lock you into a 12-month contract - so read everything before you sign because the sales person WIILL NOT tell you that. Then, when the day comes and you want to cancel your service, they require a 30 day notice. Also, make sure to ask your neighbors what they pay for bug service to make sure you are getting the 'going rate.' Our neighbor pays 30% higher for the exact same serive from Rove. Sneaky, huh?! And if you really want a good rate, just call or email them to tell them you want to end your service and they will drop your rate to try and encourage you to stay. They offered to drop my bill by 15% when I tried to cancel. It pays to ask!
