My daughter went through a series of seizures with the final one being a Grand Mal. Being new to this community I had no regular physician. We went through 3 other docro offices that gave poor to rude service.

That is not how we were treated at Dr. Declerk's office! They took us in the same day that I called. They also not only referred us to a specialist but, they ordered testing and made the appointment immediately. They took great care of us! I love this doctor and I really love the staff!

I would not recommend him at all!

WOW! I was really upset to see the comment from Sharon O'dell as I have found her comment to be as far from my experiences at this Dr.'s office as you can get. Dr. DeClerk has always gone above and beyond what any doctor has ever done in his efforts to help me and my family. He's come out to the waiting room to see me when I didn't have an appointment when I was upset about an insurance issue (not of their making) and has always taken the time to really listen to the issues we are having. As for the drug reps coming into the office, just because she's not seeing them other places doesn't mean they aren't there! How does she think all of the "free" samples get into those places? I certainly don't think Dr. DeClerk prescribes drugs hoping to cost you more money AND if they do and you bring that up to him he will help you find an alternative. I'm speaking from personal experience! Lets be fair!

Dr. DeClerk is fine if you are healthy, but if you have a serious ailment or any chronic disease he can't help you.

Worse, I've been in his office many times with family members and there are so many Pharmaceutical Reps running in and out all day long you would think they own the place! They don't even have to check in, just wail back. For the last year members of my family have had medications prescribed that were "new" and extremely expensive, not to mention questionable. Sorry, we have left this practice for all these reasons and more.

I have told my best friend, and Dr. DeClerk is a fine young doctor who cares for his patients and goes the extra mile to serve them. His staff is friendly, caring, and very friendly . Being new to this practice has a lot of advantages. No long waits and over worked staff or crowds in the waiting room.
