I had to call RR on a Sunday afternoon because my basement had a flood from an unknown source. Kevin Cooney came out within 30 mins and found my problem right away and began to search my property in the pouring rain to find my septic tank. I didn't even know I had one let alone where it was. He identified the problems after digging it up and wrote an estimate that was very fair. He spent a lot of time here, explaining everything clearly. I made the appointment the next day to have the work done to repair and clear my septic tank. Although it cost me a lot of money, the peace of mind and education I received was worth it!! Kevin was super nice and friendly and made a very distressing circumstance a tolerable one. As a formerly clueless homeowner, I appreciated the fine service and will now set up a maintenance program with Roto Rooter!
