We discussed building a retaining wall and a garage on my property. He started both jobs immediately and requested half of his money up front. After two weeks said he needed more money to complete the job. I agreed to give him another 1/2 but not the full amount. I have not seen him since and it has been three months. He will not return my calls and has now blocked my number. I would recommend using a different contractor!!

Peake has done 2 buildings for me and have an A plus on organization, building and efficiency and honesty. They use quality materials, build exactly like promised and at a fair price on both buildings. One building is now 3 years old and perfect and the other is new this year and was built quickly , efficiently and professionally.Great to have a honest and professional builder in our area to provide excellent service.
