If you're looking for a hunt for yourself or your children don't look any further, I highly recommend booking with Rick and Mary Jo at Full Rut Ranch. I booked a hunt for my 2 boys ages 15 & 12 and we couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment we arrived I was impressed with the "lodge" if that's what you want to call it, but in all reality it was more like a 5 star resort! Everything in the lodge was extremely clean and every item from the furniture to the waste baskets were of the highest quality as it was obvious that no money was spared with building this place. Rick allowed my boys to decide how they wanted to hunt and he in no way pressured them as to when to shoot. He said from the beginning it was their hunt and if they had a deer in their sights and wanted to pass on it he had no problem with it and that was exactly how the hunt went, no pressure. Rick also went above and beyond by setting up new blinds in order to have enough room for my father and I to watch as my boys were hunting and he even walked into waist high 40 degree water to retrieve one of the bucks! Both of my boys left with very nice bucks and we will enjoy sharing the memories for years to come! Thank you Rick and Mary Jo, it was a perfect weekend and I can't tell you how much we appreciate all you did for us!
