This gym has a very supportive and positive atmosphere. Amazing instructors that motivate through the whole class and keep you going. Been going here for almost a year and it has definitely made me love working out!

I truly enjoy kickboxing classes at Rocky Point Fitness Kickboxing! I have lost 4% body fat in two months and am feeling stronger with every workout. I have tried many gyms and fitness classes and there is no other place that has such a supportive atmosphere as Rocky Point Fitness Kickboxing.

I started coming to rocky point kickboxing about 2 months ago!!! i am literally obsessed���� i love the motivation and energy you get from each class, and i absolutely love that everyone is so supportive of each other! it's such a comfortable environment and we have so much fun killing our workouts together! You definitely feel more motivated coming here than going to a gym! After each class you feel like you can't wait to get back �������� I'm so happy i found you guys!
