My body treatment had never been performed on anyone (client or staff) and the person performing it had no experience (which was not her fault but rather the management). It was a miserable experience and then the "management" lied about their experience with this treatment to try to save themselves. I have visited many day spas all over the country and this one was nothing but a very commercial, production line business only interested in making money. The "relaxation room" in between treatments is in a very central location with phones ringing, staff taking personal calls and no real privacy or comfort. For a true day spa experience in Brandon, try Massages for Health or Daydreams. They actually have very experienced staff, an upscale and relaxing environment and care about the client's experience. I would never return here and caution everyone not to use such an establishment.
