I set up an appointment with Appliance Solutions for a Thursday afteroon for our dryer that stopped heating just two weeks after the heating element was replaced. He never showed or called to reschedule. I had to call to reschedule for Friday. He didn't show again. My wife then called and he said he was still working on someone's HVAC unit and would be over in about an hour. He never showed, AGAIN, and we still have not heard back from him and it's Sunday. We couldn't believe we were treated like this. We had to go to the laundry mat this morning to use their dryers. Very upset. We will not be calling him again.
