The best care I have ever received!--people are welcoming, doctors take their time in explaining thigs (I saw Dr. John and PA Cindy on 2 separate visits), and I never feel rushed. Facility is very clean and inviting. I get better care here than at my own doctor and would go to Velocity first (I don't even need an appointment and can walk in at any time I want).

Today I took my 95 year old mother to the Clinic. Dr. John and the entire staff treated her with professionalism and courtesy and RESPECT. I brought her because she was suffering from acute upper respiratory problems. She is quite frail and the staff patiently helped her with the x-ray process (it was hard for her to stand in front of the x-ray without extra support) and even took her to the car in their wheelchair. I rarely write reviews but I went out of my way to find this site so others could benefit from the great level of care offered here. Bravo to you all!!! You put other doctors with their indifferent attitudes to SHAME. I have already called my brother, niece and my mom's care taker who all live in the area to tell their friends that this is the place to go for top quality medical care -

superior to any other I have experienced (and that includes Yale University, Hartford Hospital and numerous other physicians and emergency clinics)

My daughter stepped on a piece of mulch and it was lodged in the arch of her foot. I rushed her to the walk in clinic instead of taking her to an emergency clinic. The staff and the doctor were very competent and so kind!! I'm absolutely happy with the care that my daughter received. The doctor gave her a shot around the wound and pulled out the mulch with care. He was warm, kind and caring. The assistant washed her wound and bandaged it with care...she was also very warm, kind and caring. The office was super clean and new. This is the best walk in clinic by far!!!!

I was referred here by a friend and was not disappointed. I took my 12 year old son because he had abdominal pain and fever. The staff took him in immediately and Dr. Gorenbeyn recognized that he had appendicitis upon examining him. He eased our minds and reassured us that my son will be OK and quickly made arrangements to ship him to CCMC where the staff was prepared to receive him. I am very grateful that we have such a wonderful facility in our backyard with medical staff that we can trust.

Clean, friendly, and great bedside manner. It seems to be the only medical office with x-ray capability AND blood work capabilities around town. They have a very nice TV in the waiting room, but they got me in so quick, I never even had a chance to flip channels. If your doctor is to busy to take you, I would highly recommend this place.

The care I received from Dr. Yaylagul was very good. He was very easy to talk to and he asked many questions to help ensure his diagnosis was accurate and addressed my issue in a quick manner. Dr. Yaylagul was very professional and thorough with his assessment and treatment. He had a good bedside manner and periodically checked on me to ensure I was getting better. If I needed care in the future, I would not hesitate to seek out Dr. Yaylagul’s services based my experience.

Great service, very clean facility , very knowledgeable staff , walked in with with a cold and a massive headache ,saw ( I believe ) Dr John , took me right in , did a bunch of tests, put me at ease ,gave me some medication and was released .

Clean, new, warm and inviting atmosphere with great doctors and staff. If you can't get in to see your doctor and you don't want to drive to the ER (or wait 10 hours to be seen in the ER), this is the place to go! Great facility with x-ray capability- I badly twisted my ankle, got signed in promptly, was evaluated quickly, got an x-ray of my ankle, and was out in less than than 1 hour in total!
