I wish I could rate service as -5.

After having my tires installed on 02/28/2018, I discovered I had two broken studs and one mangled lug from a small socket being forced on to the lug.

Needing to use my vehicle for work, I had the nearest available dealer take care of the issue for me.

Finally after hearing back from Mark the regional manager, he complained that I didn't allow his "mechanics" to resolve the issue. After telling him I wouldn't let his employees touch my vehicle again, he made a few excuses and finally giving me his email so I could send him the invoice.

After sending the invoice at the end of April 2018, here we are at the end of July 2018 and I have yet to hear from anyone at the company and more importantly, I haven't been compensated for the money I spent to repair the vehicle.

Avoid this company at all costs, or it will cost you.
