Floors look beautiful, I was very pleased with the service and installation. They were professional, took great care of my furniture and trophies. I would recommend PK to anyone.

Great place, Patrick and Candice couldn't have been more helpful and professional. We did a major flooring job, remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms and everything came out better then we expected. Their subcontractors were very professional and always on time. Everything went as scheduled.

Absolutely terrible installation and service. The didn't install the way we had discussed. The product was coming up within weeks of installation. It took way to long to get them out to fix it, I have that scheduled again. They no-showed on the first appt to fix my issues. Didn't even apologize aobut it when I called the Installation Mgr the following day. They don't return phone calls when they promise they will. I had to follow up with them for my referral money for my neighbor who also had a terrible experience with them. I still have yet to be refunded for the unused product that I returned to them months ago. They refuse to refund ANY money to me for my issues.

I was on my way to grab dinner in the area, and I noticed Floor USA. I happened to be in the market for flooring, but didn't think it would be any time soon. I went in to just shop around, and was helped out by Louis. He showed me around, and I pointed out a few engineered hardwoods I liked. I happened to know around what the square footage was, and he was able to quote the cost instantly. Turns out the prices were much less expensive, then quotes I had in the past. I was honestly shocked. Needeless to say, I had Louis come out to do a measurement and on the spot purchased handscraped flooring for my downstairs. The crew was able to come out the next day (which was perfect) and start, and the day after that they were done. WOW. I was alittle skeptic because of how fast it all happened, but I gave an inspection and every thing looked great. They even detail cleaned the floors at the end. I'm always nervous about any kind of remodeling (due to issues i've had with other companies/contractors) However this was the most comfortable i've ever felt when doing anything to my home.

Honest and Great service. This was my first time doing any kind of home remodel, and I had a great deal of worry about it. However, after going in Floor USA, alot of that worry faded. I was helped with great service, and from the beggining to the end of the project I felt in good hands. Great service, Great price, and Less Stress.

Save your gas money shopping around! Seriously I wish I had, Floor USA was my fifth and last stop! I shopped the same product through three different stores and the price I was given through Louis at Floor USA was almost to good to be true. I will admit I was skeptical about the installation because the price was nearly $1,500 less than everywhere else! But again I was completely satisfied the guys did a wonderful job and were very careful moving my piano and furniture. Well done Floor USA.... A+

Just had wood floors installed in our house by Floors USA in Rockwall, TX. Their installation team (Efrain, Graciela, and Mario) was fantastic. We couldn't have asked any more of them. They took pride in their work and it shows in the final product. The wood was installed around the fireplace by undercutting the stone, and it turned out fantastic. These guys really know what they are doing. Even though we are very finicky customers, they exceeded all of our expectations. Their pricing is very competetive and quality is outstanding. Shoutout to Patrick for patiently answering all of our questions during the whole process and going above and beyond to make us happy. We will definitely use Floors USA again.

I was surprised to see 5 stars for this Company after they installed my floors last month. My experience was not as fortunate as the others. I had hardwood floors installed upstairs, the (2) installers who were both only 22, couldn't even figure out where to start, they ended up starting at the top of the stairs and moving side to side and back into the rooms. I questioned this a couple of times, but they proceeded anyway stepping on the wood floors they just installed as they went. Let's make this short, they tracked glue all over the floors, which they have been out twice to try and clean, had one guy working on the stairs while 3 others ran up and down the stairs, of course now we have glue all over the stairs, I had hand prints all over the walls, scrapper marks where they hit the wall, I spent 2 hrs texturing and doing paint touch up. They cut several pieces short of the wall and wanted to use 3/4" shoe mold to cover it up, which I argued was suppose to be 1/2", I got the 1/2" but they never fixed the pieces they cut short, so how did they fix it? caulk, who uses caulk on hardwood floors? Look prett y crappy. They knocked a shelf off in one of my boys room, I had actually thought they took it down (don't know why) so when I went to put it back on the wall and set his stuff back on it, 2 of his trophies and a plaque were broken, of course they didn't tell me and swept up the pieces, I couldn't even try to fix them. I had the store Mgr. (Louis) come out a couple times to go over what I was seeing, he just looked at what I was talking about and shook his head up and down, doing nothing to change or fix what we went over. I could go on, believe it or not there's more. I'll leave it up to you to decide where to spend your money, I spent over 7,000 dollars and wish I had of used a more reputable company. My advice, don't let these people near your house.....

I wanted new hardwood flooring for my formal living and dining room - so I went to see Floor USA in Rockwall, Texas - Patrick Kelly was the salesman and what I got was - great customer service, great flooring at a reasonable price and installed in 48 hrs - WOW - wish all businesses could operate with such integrity -

Great pricing. Beat Home Depot & Lowes. Our home is on the market & the realtors stated the granite was a major upgrade to our home & well worth the price. We are very happy with our investment. We plan to shop here for wood flooring now.

We had to say Floor USA are the best of the best because they are so profisional in sales and installation .They have the best price in town even in metroplex . We did 980 sqft of wood floor and 750 sqft of carpet and everything was just the way we expect it to be .....GREAT

we had 1850 sqft between wood and tiles and granite countertops . they did very very good job on everything. thank you FLOOR USA .
