We had a party of 4. Two of us got our orders wrong. In addition, we called in advance to find out how their beans and rice where made, they assured us they were vegetarian. We show up in person and we asked again, the waiter lied to us and said that all of their beans and rice where maid with no animal products. When we got the beans, they had small chucks of meat! Their Orchata drink maker machine is in the middle of the two restrooms!

Worst service ever! We were planning our wedding rehearsal dinner. The general manager took our reservation but said she would call to confirm. She never called. We called them only to speak to a 2nd general manager this went on, (everybody is a general manager but they can not make decisions). Finally we made an appointment to meet the real manager, who NO SHOWED! Not sure why we tried again but we did, this time we were treated as though our party would be more trouble than it was worth. They wanted to charge us full plate price per person but only after 9pm! What kind of rehearsal dinner is that?? We were guaranteeing them business of a minimum of 50 people at 8pm. They could have doubled their business that night. Gloria’s on the Harbor was much more accommodating and they are a much classier place!
