Been using them for years always good except this time, I told them 3 times may dog needed a medium cut. When I picked her up, she was shaved.

Our dogs, Shadow and Fina love The Dog House! It is their home away from home. I've lost track of how many times we have boarded them there. They are very well cared for and happy when we pick them up. I feel great supporting a business that is actively involved in helping a cause like Rockwall Pets!

We've been boarding our lab for 10+ years here and it's home away from home for her. We never worry when she's at the dog house, they treat our fur baby like royalty. I don't think you can find a better place than The Dog House. Both Jennifer and Deena have always given her the utmost care whether it's short or long stays or even a bath! Thank you for loving our baby.

First and LAST time I will ever use them. Picked up my dog at 4:00pm on a Sunday had him in the ER at 6:30pm. The Emergency care & Vet cost was $481.40. This plus the boarding fee cost ($108.50) total was $589.90. To me this was a very expensive for a 4 day stay. Red could not walk (was carried in to the ER) was very lethargic. Owner was very adamant she performed her service and would not offer any compensation for the stay. She stated “If I did this for everyone, I would go out of business.” How many times has this happened before??? Am I the only one this has happened too?

The Dog House is exceptional. I have been taking Peewee (our weiner dog) for the past 4 years after being dissatified with other kennels including vet kennels. Jennifer and her staff really care about each and every pet that they care for. All the pets are like their family. The prices are reasonable even for the extras such as a bath.

I can't begin to tell you how amazing The Dog House is! Jennifer and her staff are exception and love each and every dog that comes. They give each dog individual attention and praise. Her prices are very reasonable and affordable. My dog has been there for a year and a half and I feel as if he is part of the family. They take the time to care. Trust me, your dog will be in great hands!! FIRST RATE!

Jennifer and her crew are absolutely fabulous with the dogs. I've used their facility several times for visits lasting from only a few days to over 2 weeks!



She remembers each dog by name and obviously loves what she does. The dogs respond well to her and her crew. I can attest to throughly clean facilities and very friendly staff. Pricing is very affordable with "a la carte" items like doggie baths on pick-up day and behavioral training.



The facility is located on a very large lot (we're talking acreage, really) so the dogs get plenty of exercise on their twice (or more!) daily walks around the property. My rat terriers are usually a little thinner when I pick them up! LOL!



All in all, I highly recommend The Dog House, Inc! You (and your pooch) will be happy you chose Jennifer for your kennel needs.

What a fun place for the dogs and there is 24 hour on site care. I love this place, but most importanly my brittany spaniel love it also!

I have been bringing my dog Cooper to The Dog House (AKA "the Beauty Parlor) for baths for several years. The staff is friendly and great! She comes back smelling yummy, and stays that way for a long time! A bargain as well!
