Provided by YP.comZERO STAR!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE! WHEN I ASKED WHY PRICE AND THE PRICE WAS SO HIGH, THE WORKER WAS SO RUDE. When he realized he lost a customer, he stated that they had plenty anyway. The OWNER was rude and said I probably couldn't afford the services anyway. This business and owner is the epitome of the breakdown of quality and customer service that is happening in this country!! I was insulted and treated the worst I have ever been treated at a place of business. PRICES TOO HIGH, STAFF IS RUDE AND INSULTING AND QUALITY IS POOR
First time customer.She mentioned that she been shopping at a discount cleaners and wanted to try someone new.. We provided Quality Dry Cleaning at Affordable Prices. We are Not the highest nor the lowest priced. The customer became upset at a price quote of 30 plus pieces of garments an did not like or quote.. She lost her control and became very belligerent and was ask to leave. We have been voted Best Dry Cleaners In Rockwall County. We take PRIDE in that award and we apologize for her experience.
