I do not suggest City Nails!! I have been going to City Nails for 7 years now until recently. This establishment is currently under new management/ownership. I recently took my 9 year old daughters for mani-pedis and the young man and older lady were completely inappropriate with my girls. They were saying and asking things that an "adult" should not be saying & asking children. There are plenty other salons in Rockwall to visit...please don't support this one!!! We couldn't leave fast enough & let's just say I had explaining to do when we finally did get done! This mom & her fourth grade twins girls are DONE with City Nails!
