Great local business that needs our support. This is not a Cookie cutter business like Wal-Mart, Firestone and so on. Muhammad is a knowledgeable Technician business owner that has an honest personal approach and treatment of its customers in a type of business that lends itself to abuse by boxed (cookie cutter) type businesses.

Rockwall needs to support to its local businesses and this is one of the good ones...

I won't take my car (personal or business) anywhere else! Mo and his crew are the best. I trust them to do a good job, do it fast and at a great price. As a female who knows nothing about cars it's great to have someone you can trust to keep my car running safely. They've got a life long customer in me!

These guys are not good for anything more than an oil change. I showed up 20 minutes til 7 as a referral from an employee from orileys and needed a sensor changed out so that I could safely make it home to terrell and they took 10 minutes to decide if they had time to help me or not and they finally decided they would and they got the sensor off and realized I had gotten the wrong part from orileys. I was told that they would put the olid sensor back on and that I could take the other one back and get the right part. I asked if they were going to help me when I got the part and they said they were not sticking around they were closing shop and would not be there by the time I got back from orileys which is only 2 blocks away. So not only did I get terrible customer service they also sent me out without a resolution and with the possibility of being stranded. They didn't apologize or say they were sorry or offer a better solution they just handed me my keys and sent me on my way.

Moved to Rockwall from Southern California and had to find a reasonable repair shop right away . We tried Horizon but they screwed up the simple repairs and had ripoff prices . The next place I found was Big D and we will never go anywhere else . Mo the manager is the best , treats you like family and only does what you NEED done . They always take care of us from oil changes and Inspections to an engine swap and Transmission trouble . We consider ourselves blessed to have found a local business that takes pride in their work for a fair price . Our experience has been the best , give Mo and the guys a chance to make a lifelong customer out of you too .

Great Shop Great mechanics they really helped me out great prices

Every time I go get my oil changed they are so busy and always get me right in! This time I went for my check engine light, alignment, among other problems my car has been having. My suspension was really messed up and they treated me like I was family and tried to get me all the discounts they could. They fixed the engine problem,free of charge and my car is running like never before! I was charged 350 for everything! Before I would go to Jackson automotive and they would charge me an arm and a leg for never really fixing the problem. I am very impressed and will go back for all my car needs.

For this to be owned by a young man, they are ALWAYS professional and economical! I am a single mom, they are ALWAYS considerate. They have helped in teaching my son to take a car for regular and small maintenance in a trust worthy decent environment!

I will continue to come back to this local business. They are friendly people, have reliable service, and are professional.

I had all but given up on the previous oil change management at this location, but stopped by, about 5 months ago, because of the hours. I met Mohammad and was instantly sold. I won't go anywhere else without seeing Big D first. They run a first class service!!! Clean, wonderful customer service, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable team, fair prices, and WOW! FAST! We had to move to Baton Rouge for the time being and I drive all the way back Rockwall to business at Big D and with Mohammad! Thanks for reopening this place with such a Quality experience!
