Ol Nikki and I were there at the same time, her story is flawed. She was high maintenance. With 7 customers n 4 employees, she insisted on having 2 employees simultaneously help her. So we all waited n listened as Nikki had one problem after another. Cant blame employees for Nikki's attitude. I actually stopped to ask why she even bothered to stay when she discovered they didnt have the gel she initially wanted. She kept telling us her dad was a lawyer and her step dad was a cop, and she was going to sue. She said she was leaving, and refusing to pay...then decided she couldnt leave with half done nails, but the damage was already done. No one wanted to finish her nails, and can you really blame them? Then she cried n left. Lol

Dirty and rude. Charged me for a service I did not ask for.

DO NOT GO HERE. first off, I am 18 years old, very Matture and independent. I also am a big spender at nail salons and buy the nicest pedicure and manicure. So you think that they would take Care of me, but no, they didn't. I asked for 2 different colors of gel and both came back a total different color. So I had to pick a 3rd option. By now, she had a major attitude. My pedicure water was so cold, I asked 3 times for them to make it hotter. As my nails were getting filed down, I asked the lady to make them rounder but kept making them square. So I asked her again very politely, she threw down her file and said I can't help you and completely left. I was so confused... So I said is anyone going to help? And I got ignored. Then I asked again and she yelled at me from across the entire nail salon saying I was so snobby and rude and I wasn't happy with my nails. I immediately apologized to everyone in the nail salon because I wasn't going to sit there and be yelled at in a nail salon. I stood up for myself and said, "I am a customer and I will be treated with respect if I am paying you for a service" and she kept going being so loud and rude to me. I was so embarrassed and immediately started crying. I said, I'm leaving and I got up to pay for my pedicure. At this point I was leaving with my fake nails half done and not even painted. Only one hand was filed. I told her I wanted to owners number (the owner wasn't there) and that I would be writing a ton of reviews on this place and how disrespectful they are. And she told me I threatened her? So I paid for my stuff as 2 girls that were helping me at my visit were bashing me calling me a little kid, a snob, and that I had an attitude. Regardless if I got an attitude... I am a customer. I was balling my eyes out walking out of this place. I couldn't believe this had actually happened. The girls names were Courtney and Nancy. I am going to see the owner tomorrow. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.







Go to apple nails right by this place, it's located next door Zales.



Or go to Luxor in the Rockwall commons. Both of these places are awesome and take their time on you and do a fantastic job. I am sick to my stomach I was treated this way at beauty nails and spa.
