I arrived 15 minutes early and they were ready for me!
Quick and without the anxiety that I have experienced at other centers.
This is the place to go!

I called at 10am and they scheduled my test for 4pm the same day.

Great service!

Doctor was unhappy, says open mri resolution is too poor to make a determination, my pain is unresolved.

Then, they overbilled my co-pay amount and never fixed it, sent it to collections instead and now I have it on my credit report, and they say they do not have my payment records. Not well run and 2 issues remain unresolved.

I'm so glad I went to this place! Everyone was professional at their work and highly knowledgeable on what they do. The treatment in Gaithersburg facility of Washington Open MRI was superb! In just under 45 minutes my open MRI exam was done, I even got the result of my exam the next day.
